Accommodations at El Cosmico Trailer Park

Scrolling through nytimes.com, I came across a profile on Texas hotelier Liz Lambert, who’s basically the coolest thing EVAH.

She owns two killer hotels in Austin: The Hotel San José and The Hotel Saint Cecilia and the Hotel Havana in my hometown of San Antonio—yee haw!

But by far, her coolest undertaking is the El Cosmico trailer park in Marfa, Texas.

I’m CRAZY for West Texas — people dig the art scene, but I adore the landscape with its desolate feel and million-star skies. And this “hotel” offers the coolest accommodations from vintage trailers to tricked out teepees and yurts from $60-$125—nice!
